Our Rocky Mountain Douglas-fir & Western Larch siding is produced from premium fibre sourced from British Columbia’s East Kootenay region. Available in contemporary profiles with custom options available, it delivers a naturally durable and timeless exterior wood finish.

Our SPF fascia boards are kiln-dried and precision-machined from premium fiber, delivering a clean, consistent finish for exterior applications.

Our SPF furring strips are lightweight, versatile wood boards designed to help create level surfaces for siding, paneling and other wall applications.

From insulated siding to board and batten and shingles to traditional lap siding, Georgia-Pacific® Vinyl Siding and Accessories siding products are designed to be virtually maintenance-free and look great for years to come.  Unlike, wood, oriented strand board (OSB), or fiber cement, vinyl siding never needs to be stained or painted, holds up to the weather and is resistant to pests and moisture.  This means no painting, scraping or replacing boards — just a minimal amount of care will keep your home exterior looking new.

James Hardie soffit panels are available in vented, non-vented and a range of pre-cut sizes. SmartSide™ Soffit is a smart and contemporary alternative to traditional plywood panels. A treated engineered wood soffit, SmartSide Soffit can be used for closed soffits, covered porches, patios or carport ceilings. The soffits are treated with SmartGuard processes to resist damage caused by termites and funcal decay. The embossed cedar-grain surface has no knotholes, patches or veneers to delaminate like plywood and highly resistant to warping, checking, shrinking, and splitting.

SmartSide™ Trim and Fascia offer consumers superior product-performance and aesthetic appeal. Specifically developed to coordinate with the SmartSide family of treated engineered wood siding, SmartSide products can also serve as stand-alone replacements for solid wood or other trim materials for all alternative exterior-cladding products. SmartSide Trim and Fascia products are manufactured using the borate-based SmartGuard™ process to resist termites and fungal decay.

At VERSATEX, we continually look for new ways to help our builders reduce labor and improve aesthetics during installation. This led to the design and development of the first ever Vented PVC Soffit System.

While we do still manufacture solid soffit, VERSATEX offers the only vented system in the industry. This Vented Soffit has a 8/4 repeating vent pattern that provides 10 square inches of free air space per lineal foot. Plus, vents are cut in a manner to prevent nesting insect infiltration, making screening an option and not a requirement. Add the notched fascia and frieze board and you have an easy-to-install and efficient system.

Versatex provides the beauty and fine craftsmanship that you admire in a premium wood trim while providing durability and protection against the forces of nature. Versatex is a free-foam cellular PVC trimboard that cuts, routs, and fastens just like wood. Engineered to be reversible, with both a smooth finish and our classic rough Timber Ridge cedar texture.

The limited 30-year warranty protects against distortion, delaminating or decay and is also the only transferable warranty in the PVC trimboard industry.

Our soffits do their job protecting roof rafters and ventilating attics with little drama—requiring virtually no maintenance or painting. They come in low-gloss woodgrain, brush and matte finishes that complement virtually any siding and a wide range of architectural styles, plus a broad array of traditional colors and rich shades.

Designer, traditional and builder profiles come in woodgrain, brush and matte finishes. They’re designed to tie together the look of a variety of home and siding styles, so no matter what the project calls for, you’ll be ready.
